The second event featured the work of Tony Dennis, Producer of Silent Witness, BBC, and Band of Gold, ITV.
Tony’s script, The Rainmaker, a fast-paced futuristic drama centred around two young men with extraordinary powers. It is the pilot episode of a 10 part Sci-Fi series being developed for television by Tony and producer Barbara Emile, and directed by Jo Johnson, Eastenders, BBC, Trial and Retribution, ITV. It was cast by Jeremy Zimmermann.

The audience numbers were up on the previous event – 175, with a waiting list of 30. The event also received coverage in the national and industry press, as well as coverage on BBC Radio London.
